I didn’t think I needed a support coordinator but it was included in my plan and now I couldn’t go without mine. When I was trying to find support services for myself, I often found that once I started the therapy the providers were not equipped with the knowledge or experience to meet my particular needs.

My support coordinator at Pillar has linked me up with the professionals who have the expertise to really help me and improve the quality of my life. I now feel like I have a solid team of therapists collaborating to assist me in meeting my goals. I can ask my support coordinator any questions I have about my plan or supports and I will receive a very prompt reply. It really feels like she’s got my back. I couldn’t speak more highly of the service I have received from Pillar.

In the 3 years I’ve been on the NDIS, I’ve had about 8 different support coordinators. I came to Pillar in a very complicated situation, completely confused and no idea where to turn. Right from the onboarding process, I knew Pillar were miles above the rest. The team were friendly, caring, very knowledgeable and they took the time to explain everything to me.

Nicole has been the best support coordinator I have had. She has taken the time to empower me with knowledge and my rights as a participant [in the NDIS], and continues to work extremely hard advocating for me. I cannot thank Nicole and Pillar enough for everything they have done for me.

Hello, I just wanted to give some feedback on my dealing with your company. Our support coordinator, Naomi is such a godsend. I rang your company after ringing two different ones and I was not treated very nice. I was made to feel my husband was just a number. Your company from the very first phone call was such a great experience. As my husband is on his first plan with NDIS Naomi guided us through all the red tape as we did not understand how to move forward. Our lives have completely changed for the better. With your help it has given my husband back his dignity and ability to be more independent. I cannot thank Pillar and especially Naomi enough. Anyone thinking of signing up with Pillar I highly recommend that you should. Thank you once again.

Naomi has been outstanding in getting to know about Adam and his needs. Straight away, she could tell that Adam was going to need more funding to help him progress to be the best he can be.

Naomi organised functional assessments from speech and occupational therapists, who agreed that Adam needs more intensive therapy. Finally, with Naomi, people were listening and supporting us. We can see the light at the end of the tunnel – we now have hope and vision for the future with Adam.

I found the Support Coordination services provided by Samantha to be very good. Samantha was always caring, friendly, very patient, easy to talk to, and easy to work with. She worked through situations with the NDIS as they arose and sorted them out as quickly as possible.
